Our Customer Support Center in Chardon, Ohio provides customer-focused services that help customers realize greater value from their power plant and NeuCo assets. Services and programs include customer training, product demonstrations, networking among the NeuCo user community and Proactive Support Services. With NeuCo’s ProActive Support Services, customers benefit from a dedicated partner who is 100% focused on continuously monitoring and improving Optimizer performance. Equipped with the latest ProcessLink technology, NeuCo’s customer support engineers continuously screen Optimizer advice, diagnose problems and help to resolve Optimizer-related issues from Proactive Support subscriber customers.
- Customer Training
Training customers is an important part of helping them realize greater value from their NeuCo investments. Training is in-depth, hands-on, and led by NeuCo staff members who are experts in ProcessLink technology. Curriculums are aligned with customers’ learning and business needs.
