Our Customer Center in Chardon, Ohio provides customer-focused services that help customers realize greater value from their power plant and NeuCo assets. Services and programs include Proactive Support Services, Training, and User Group forums. With NeuCo’s Proactive Support Services, customers benefit from a dedicated partner who is 100% focused on continuously monitoring and improving Optimizer performance. Customer training programs are in-depth, hands-on are aligned with customers’ learning and business needs.

At our Research Center in Austin, Texas, we capture customer feedback that drives product improvement, and develop new technical approaches to better solve generators' availability, emissions and efficiency challenges. Research Center initiatives include our $35M in Department of Energy projects, integration of NeuCo and Pegasus technologies, and patent portfolio expansion.
